Many people are confused when it comes to how many calories you should eat to lose weight… And why wouldn’t they be, since you don’t really learn this stuff in school.
However, I’m going to change that now.

So as you just learned, to lose weight, you simply have to find out how many calories your body needs to simply maintain it’s current weight. Once you find out what that number is by using an online calorie calculator, all you have to do is simply create a caloric deficit (burn more calories than you need to maintain your current weight) by dropping some calories every 2-weeks or so, and by adding more exercise.
