In the video below, I recommend one of my favourite water bottles that I take with me everywhere I go…

Most people don’t drink enough water throughout the day, and part of that reason is because they simply don’t have enough water around them at all times.

If you wait until you’re thirsty to drink, you are probably already de-hydrated, and that’s not what you want when burning fat or building muscle is your goal…

So check out my favourite bottle in the video below!

So, if you’re like me and you always want to make sure you have enough water on hand at all times, I definitely recommend trying out this bottle!

Most People Don’t Drink Enough Water

As I already mentioned, most people simply don’t consume enough water throughout the day…

If you’re not drinking at least 1 gallon of water every day, you should probably start drinking more! I personally drink closer to 2-3 gallons per day, since I train intensely, and need as much water as I can get.

So never wait until you’re thirsty to drink. Get into the habit of sipping on water every 10-20 minutes or so, so your body can always be properly hydrated throughout the day.

And during a workout, you can easily consume about half a gallon of water (maybe more) depending on how intense you are working out…

When you train intensely, you release a bunch of water via sweat, and need to drink an EXTRA amount of water during that time!

How Much Water Should You Drink?

If you workout on a regular basis, you should aim to drink at least 1 gallon of water per day.

Now, depending on factors such as how hard you train, how much you weigh, what supplements you take, and how hot of a day it is - the amount of water you should drink can vary, and you may need more one day, and a bit less the next...

But since water is so crucial to your body, it's always better to aim for more instead of less - especially on days that you train hard!

Some people think that drinking a lot of water is bad for you, and that is completely absurd!

All the water you drink, is eventually released from the body (via sweat, and by going to the bathroom) and along with it comes toxins... So the more you drink, the more you will cleanse your body of toxins on a daily basis.

BPA Free Bottles (Is It Important?)

The short answer is, YES - it is important.

Many of the bottled waters we  consume every day are terrible for our health and bodies, and most people don't even know it... The truth is, every time you drink out of one of those cheap and flimsy plastic water bottles (most bottled water brands), you are poisoning your body with toxic chemicals, and toxins that affect you on a biological level.

One of the main culprits is BPA, and it's found in many of the cheap plastic water bottles, and other plastic containers or food packaging.

Water is supposed to be something pure and healthy for your body, so why would you want to poising yourself every time you drink it? I'm sure you don't, and if you were to calculate the total amount of water you would probably consume in your lifetime, is would probably equal to a few hundred truck loads...

So would't it be wise to make sure the water you are drinking is clean, chemical / toxin free, and properly filtered?

The answer again, is YES!

That is why you always, and only want to use BPA free bottles to drink out of... The good news is, many brands are starting make their bottles BPA free, and there are more BPA free options available now, then ever before!

So throw away all those cheap BPA-filled bottles of water you have, and invest in a good water filtration system and some good BPA-Free bottles! It will save you lots of money in the long run, and will probably add a few more years to your life!

If you ask me, it's worth it! 🙂

Where Can I Get The BPA Free Water Bottle?

The company that makes the bottle I use is called New Wave ( and they seem to have some good BPA free options, as well as the bottle I use.

You can't order products directly off their site, but you can see a list online distributors for their products here: I personally ordered mine from, and you can sometimes add it on to an order as a free gift, when you spend over a certain amount on supplements... So that's something to keep in mind, if you plan on trying it out!

If you'd like to find other options, simple run a google search for 'BPA free bottles' and I'm sure google will return you a ton of relevant results...

At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what bottle you choose to use, as long as it's BPA free, and as long as you are consuming a minimum of 1 gallon per day!

Never forget the importance of water, and get into the habit of always sipping on water throughout the day... And try and drink a minimum of 1-2 liters of water around workouts. The last thing you want to do is show up to gym dehydrated!

Always stay hydrated, and go and get some ABS NOW! 😉
