I began my fitness journey over 10 years ago, and graduated from one of the top Fitness & Health College's in Canada, where I studied for 2 long and hard years, and learned everything from the fundamentals of exercise, all the way to anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and so much more!
Since I graduated, I also had the opportunity to train and help many different individuals achieve their fitness goals... But it wasn't until a few months ago that I decided to REALLY transform my OWN body (which I was ignoring for the past 10 years), from being SKINNY-FAT, to a muscular and toned body with six-pack abs!
I completely transformed my body by losing over 30 lbs. of fat, and putting on about 15 lbs. of lean muscle mass in a few short months!
